  3. Processing time for your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 working days (48 hours, this time may be extended for rest days and public holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods (or the last item, partial shipment, or last piece in the case of a purchase contract for multiple pieces of goods from one order, or delivery of the product in multiple partial shipments or pieces).
  2. Where can you exercise your right? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, notify us via your user account. You can also contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu  or by phone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g., email). For this purpose, you may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. The return label is usually available in the user account on pelek-sl.com. If we have not provided a return label, please use this address to send the goods:  PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Also, please contact us via email shop@pelek.eu  or phone +420774242766 to ensure your rights for the return of goods and arrange an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal from the purchase contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notice of your withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
  2. Refund. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this period expires.
  4. Costs of returning goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 40 EUR excluding postage (i.e., from 40.01 EUR), we cover the direct costs of return shipping. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be returned by ordinary postal means due to their nature.
  5. Reduction in the value of goods. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods caused by handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned, we will consider our claim for compensation against the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of damage, reduction in value, and set the appropriate reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the provided email address.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawal from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
