Impact-sealed plastic housing with IP67 protection with mounting plate, Plastim (Turkey).

The plastic housing with IP67 protection has several important advantages, especially for use in demanding environments:

high protection against moisture and dust:

The IP67 quality means that the housing is fully protected from dust and is resistant to temporary immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installation in damp or dusty places - for example outdoors, in industrial areas, or near bodies of water.

Corrosion resistance:

Unlike metal sheets, plastic is not subject to corrosion, which is especially valuable in aggressive environments - near the sea, in chemical plants, or in companies with high humidity.

Simple and easy installation:

The plastic housing is much lighter than metal, which simplifies transport and installation, especially in hard-to-reach places.

Dielectric properties:

Plastic does not conduct electricity, which increases safety when working with electrical equipment and reduces the risk of short circuits.

Resistance to UV rays:

If a special plastic for ultraviolet light is used, the protection retains its properties for a long time, even when constantly exposed to sunlight.
